Training times and schedule

We offer traditional Shotokan karate training in an inclusive and focused setting. Our mixed classes welcome juniors aged 6 and above, teenagers, adults, and families training together.

Sessions take place every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, providing structured practice under the Shotokan England Karate Union (SEKU) curriculum.

Our Uxbridge venue

Our training takes place in the dedicated dance studio at Bishopshalt School, providing an ideal wooden floor for karate practice.

What to expect and how to join

For your first session, comfortable tracksuit bottoms, a t-shirt, and a bottle of water are all you need. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts for a quick introduction and to run through any questions you might have.

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, all newcomers must pre-book their introductory session before coming along.
